I thought my slump was over last time I shared a TBR…but I was wrong. This time I think it’s for real though! I’ve been reading again and it has been absolutely wonderful.
My slump put me a bit behind on my review copies (why did everything have to release all at once on January 7?) but I’m slowly getting caught up. Some reviews are just going to be late – but I’ll get there! Here are the three books I’m hoping to read and write reviews for this week…

I remember hearing so many great things about Hannah Capin’s debut, The Dead Queens Club, last year which has made me incredibly excited to read Foul is Fair! This is the very first unsolicited ARC I ever received so even if I end up not loving the story (though I feel like I will) it will always hold a very special place in my heart.

Daisy Jones & the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid is the book y’all have chosen to force me to read next. I was supposed to read it in December but my reading slump had other plans. I’m nervous but also looking forward to this since I’ve heard so much about it from everybody and I’m really hoping my hold from the library will come in soon.

How incredible is this cover?! I haven’t read anything by Abigail Johnson yet and I’m excited for Every Other Weekend to be my first. Unlikely friendships are great and seeing characters fall in love when they’re starting to believe it isn’t real or possible is one of my favorite things.
What are you hoping to read this week? Let me know in the comments!

Daisy Jones and the Six was my favorite book of 2019! I hope you love it too 🙂
