Our local tourist agency booked us here. The room and bathroom were clean, lots of warm water. Breakfast was the usual bread, jam, cheese and fried eggs but it was include. There was a large ish sign at the check in desk that said in English "No Prostitutes" but the room had some funny "extras" - lots of mirrors and two photos of scantly clad ladies. They had an English speaking desk person, some English channels on the TV and it wasn't terribly far from "downtown" - maybe a 10 minute walk.
